Ballroom attire: a suit and tie or a tuxedo; a floor-length or cocktail dress.

Parking

CeremonyStreet parking near the church fills up on a Saturday. The closest car park is the City of Perth Aberdeen Street car park, two minutes on foot, with entries from Aberdeen Street and Francis Street (85 bays, $8 for the day on a Saturday). The State Library car park on Francis Street and the Roe Street car park are a five-minute walk and have many more bays.

ReceptionAt Pan Pacific, our guests receive 40% off self-parking: collect a barcode from the gift table and scan it at the exit. Valet parking is $65 per car per day. Enter via Hill Street, subject to availability.

Accommodation

Our guests save up to 30% at the Pan Pacific on the night of the wedding.

The receptionAs much as we'd love to host everyone, the reception is by invitation only. Please refer to the names listed on your invitation.

Are children welcome?

In the church, always. For the reception, please refer to the names on your invitation.

This is my first Orthodox wedding. Is there anything I should know?

Nothing at all. Stand when everyone stands, follow those around you, and enjoy it. You do not need to be Orthodox, and nothing will be asked of you.

What happens during the ceremony?

The rings are blessed, we are crowned, we share the common cup, and the priest leads us around the table. There are no spoken vows. It lasts about an hour, mostly standing.

Who is the koumbaros?

Our best man, who exchanges the rings and the crowns and remains part of the family for life. Ours is Antoni Zeidan, Basil's best mate of over 15 years.

Πάρκινγκ

ΕκκλησίαΤο Σάββατο δύσκολα βρίσκει κανείς θέση στους δρόμους γύρω από την εκκλησία. Το πιο κοντινό πάρκινγκ είναι το Aberdeen Street του City of Perth, δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια, με είσοδο από Aberdeen Street και Francis Street (85 θέσεις, 8 δολάρια για όλη τη μέρα το Σάββατο). Τα πάρκινγκ της State Library στη Francis Street και της Roe Street είναι πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια και έχουν πολύ περισσότερες θέσεις.

ΔεξίωσηΣτο Pan Pacific οι καλεσμένοι μας έχουν έκπτωση 40% στο πάρκινγκ: πάρτε ένα barcode από το τραπέζι των ευχών και σκανάρετέ το στην έξοδο. Υπάρχει και valet parking με 65 δολάρια την ημέρα. Η είσοδος είναι από τη Hill Street, ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα.
